the art of procrastonation

I am, I will admit one of the best procrastonators I know. When I don't want to do something I can manage to do everything else possible but what I need to.
Take for example this weekend just gone, I had an exam to study for and an urgent assignment to finish... but instead I took on the job of completely redesigning our unit for renovations, drawing up pictures of built in units, saving photos of colour schemes, the works - It's going to look amazing by the way! Now that might sound all well and good, apart from the fact our unit is a rental and our land lord is not selling... time waster 101.
And again today, should be studying or working, instead taking iphone photos and blogging.
Fingers crossed I get something done soon!

I have always been a sunglasses kind of girl, even in high school I had a selection of different style and colours (most from the $2.00 or local thrift store) and would chop and change to suit my mood for the day.
As I have gotten older and my tastes have become more expensive I have managed to reduce my everyday collection to a pair of wayfarers, a pair of Morrissey aviators, and some classic black Tom Fords - however I have a feeling all of that is about to change. With the release of the new venture from brilliant design duo Sarah-Jane and Heidi and their team at Sass and Bide.

I want EVERY piece in this collection!

Cleverlly modelled by the Sass and Bide team this edgey range is due to be released September 1 in Sass and Bide boutiques, Myer and selected boutiques nationally.

I can't wait I want them now! Hello birthday and Christmas presents from everyone this year!

I have posted before on my love of Australian street wear label Effigy 49; their designs are comfortable and wearable while offering a luxe bohemian style to any wardrobe.
On my recent adventure to Bali (more posts coming soon) Effigy seemed to always be the right thing to wear on any occasion my holiday threw my way. From wedding rehearsal drinks to a hard days shopping in Ubud there was nothing Effigy couldn’t see me through.
